1.    Develop new Information Technology (IT) Strategies that aligns with its mission & operating model and responds to accelerated changes in the banking business, providing a long-term view.
2.    Improve the Institute’s electronic business applications, which will include assessment of all IT functions.
3.    Create an IT transformation roadmap, based on the gap between the as-is assessment to the to-be target strategy and tactical plan.
